Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return. Certain products may be exempt from returns, including but not limited to opened software and personal care items.
